E-Profile (Top 5)

This is a photo of my son when he was younger and was intrested in leafs. When I saw him sitting in the driveway with the leafs as a background I thought it would be a great picture to capture.

I love scenery so on our way to the white mountaines we drove through many mountains and I thought it was a oppurtunity to catch a beutiful sight.

She is such a great subject she will do anything to take her picture. The beutiful light outside and the random tree inspired me for this photo.

When we were studying framing we went to the park and he was swinging on this tire I got to thinking what a great frame. It really brings the focus onto the subject.

This photo was very intresting to me how they both kind of looked at eachother like "what are they talking about" I was lucky to have my camera out because there is no way you are asking a 2 year old and a 4 year old to pose like this.

For my photography I use my Kodak EasyShare C190 with 12 mega pixels and 5x optical zoom

I used Gimp and Picasa to edit my photos. I really like gimp it was easy to learn and had many awsome features. My favorite feature was the filters I love making my photo look old or in black in white it gives more character if you ask me. It also lets the mind be open because the observer gets to choose what they think it looks like. Another favorite was the clone tool I never new about this tool before I took my Photography class and now it is going to come in very handy. Picasa was very helpful when it came to making slide shows and organizing my photos. Over all this class was fun and infomative and Im going to keep practicing all the tools I learne to make me a better photographer.

Landscape

As you can see I like the water I think if there is water or the sun in a picture it makes a beutiful picture. These are just a few I took this week I do have some really beutiful ones I took when I went to the dam if any of you would like to see those.

Framming

"Third line" shot

I tryed this with acouple shots sadley he did the best. As you can see in the shot on the left hes the main focus you don't realy pay attention to anything else. In the shot to the right you can't realy tell if hes the reason for the photo or is it the room. I think its a more natural look.

There where alot of outside photos for the light assignment so I thought I would try something different than my original photos of a pathway.

This one is kind of creepy but I keep looking back at it.

Collage

They didn't really come out the way I expected and I focused more on textures than anything else.

Compare

I choose to take picture's of the little lightning bug because it is suck a interesting subject and it really makes everybody look twice when they see it just to figure out what it is.
I choose these to pictures because of the angles and distance differences between the two. The way they are makes them look like two completely different sizes.
It also shows that because it is just a basic black its hard to see any detail from far away as for the close one the way you are looking up through it basically with the sun on it you can see every detail from the front.
